This is a very rare collectors edition that has all the pieces gold plated. The case does have a few different areas of spotting and rust. It has lost part of the gold tone over the rust and has scratches. It looks like someone may have tried to scrub off the rust. The tools have never been used and show no wear marks except for the 11" extension. It has some small rust spots, I tried to show them in the pictures. No owner engravings.
