as received, kinda. I filled the jack with fluid (will drain prior to shipping) preceeded to prime. Manual pump was unresponsive. Numatic action raised Piston though. Did not check lift capacity because it's not functioning properly. My bad, cleaning it for this listing, I hit it with brake cleaner to remove grime. Yeah... I dried it with an air hose immediately. The melting paint was a bell ringer . I don't think that quick burst caused the lower seal leak? If it did, then something else is wro...
