This is an Ingersol Rand Pneumatic Cement Chipper (size 2) SPK 26 134. ^ It ran fine with just a home compressor. Trigger works good. PLEASE READ THIS. In order to remove or install the bit, you have to use a spring clip (see photo.).^ You will need to assemble the bit in the cup and put it on the machine.
