This is a 1950s? 60s? Alternator Voltage and Regulator tester I believe from an engine analyzer set up. (the big roll around things service stations used to have). Clould be a stand alone unit but looking at the connections it appears to plug into something. Kal Equipment test products brand. Im guessing at the age. Unknown actual unit it came from.
