This is the same tool that Service Bulletin 2011-11R2 gives instructions on how to build. Every connection in the tool is soldered and covered with heat shrink tubing. I have built these with a brighter bulb than the tool used in the tech video. Once each tool is completed they are tested to work as described in the service bulletin. Acquiring the components needed and assembling the tool can take a lot of your valuable time. I have five of these tools built and after they sell I will make more....
