This is a rare vintage Lincoln grease gun, model 1140 series E, with a lever action pump. It has a cartridge capacity of 16oz and a maximum pressure of 4,500 PSI. The power source is pneumatic, and it is manufactured in the United States. The grease gun is so rare that I couldn't find another like it on any seller site.
