This is a vintage brass grease cup, no doubt from an "off the farm" Hit-n-miss motor. The piece has zero damage or defect, in fact I took the liberty of polishing the brass to a high luster. Soooooo, you'd unscrew the top grease cup, fill it with grease, then screw onto bottom section only a couple threads (see next to last photo above).
