1989 Dodge D350 Flatbed Rollback Tow Truck

Relisting due to non Payment. Has the 12 valve cummings engine 5 speed manual transmission. Truck has a 19' aluminum Chevron bed, all hydraulics work as should, but the rear bumper lift arm. It's seized in place. All bed functions work as should and wench works Great. New water pump, Belt, and 400amp 1 wire alternator last Year and New tires. New U Joints and carrier bearing also. Only reason for selling I am getting a bigger truck. I'm probably going to be sorry as this truck just sips the fuel...
