This is a 2016 forest river work and play 38fcr toy hauler it has a 5,000lb payload capacity with a huge garage with a bed that stores to the ceiling it has no issues and has been garage kept since I bought it brand new in 2017 off a dealer lot as the last new one on the east coast at the time. I have used it 5 times since buying it and I've winterized it every year. There are absolutely no leaks from the roof or water system it has been meticulously cared for since new and it has been converted...
