This is an adapter designed to be bolted to the engine mounts of an Alfa Romeo Twin Cam four cylinder engine then mated to an engine stand which accepts a 2.375" OD pipe. Pipe is approximately 12in long which allows the motor with oil pan attache to be rotated 360deg. This adapter was designed using a 2000cc motor and a Harbor Freight engine stand but works on other models - please see detailed dimensions in photos to determine compatibility.
