Snap On - EECT301A - 6-12 Volt DC Circuit Tester - Pre-owned. The middle connector comes apart for use with the cigarette lighter. Has dents, nicks and scrapes. First name of mechanic, initial "N" and 99 etched on the handle. One of the small black plastic grips is missing. Needs cleaning. See photos. I am selling my brothers large Snap On tool collection.
