**AS IS ** I bought this years ago thinking I'd use it for small projects and never did. As you can see it's in excellent condition but I have no way to test it. Only what's pictured is included. I did put my finger over the end and pull the handle several times. The reading did go up to 10 but jumped around because my just holding it isn't a perfect seal.
