Texa DB26 Navigator TXTs Multihub Diagnostic Scanner with USB Dongle. I don't have software installation media. There is a USB key with it that's a license for software, but I can't promise what. I suspect it's for IDC4. The Dongle should be considered a bonus with no guarantee. The device does power up when connected to an OBDII port and beeps as it should during the startup cycle.
