Used vintage battery charger comes with original box and instructions. However, those are both in rough condition. The charger visually looks pretty good. A little dirty on the back side. I plugged it in. It does seem to work and charge a battery. However, it does buzz ,vibrats and make noise so I don't know how normal that is for this item. It looks like a nice vintage piece.
