Tested and works - USA made. The plug is missing the center pole, but still works just fine. Vintage preowned condition. The metal case has age and patina. The metal case has paint wear, oxidation, and scratches. The clamps have oxidation but clamp down tight and work properly. The 6V / 12V switch works as it should. The cords are in good shape.
