Vintage Royal Brand Battery Charger 4 Amps 6 or 12 Volts Model AA4 We plugged it in and it hums. Sparks when the leads are quickly touched. Leads have some corrosion that will need cleaned before use. There was no spark on the clamps so we tested spark on the handles under the plastic sleeves. Missing one sleeve on red lead.
