Charger is barely used. Works like it should. It was on a shelf for quite some time. Plastic housing has a little bit of oxidation, a white haziness on the surface. It is only on the surface, it effects nothing other than looks, and it doesn't really look bad. Comes with what is pictured. See pictures....
