This is a rolling parts bike with a clean title in hand. It is a parts bike, not running. You can pick it up near Spokane, WA. I actually found this bike in a barn in WA state. It has never been stored outside at all, since I found it, and purchased it. I've always kept it in a garage or shed. The barn that I found it in, was a large barn with dry hay.
