I don’t see any any brand , any markings any names except a couple decimal figures on the pilots The pilots have a .375” top , might be a part of some Black & Decker seat, grinding equipment Indicator works very well. I did notice it sticking a couple times but it quickly returns to zero. Feels good , I have no idea on the age. This has been sitting in my toolbox for over 40years.
