OK, this is actually NOT an oil extractor, but is a medical-grade phlegm suction unit. I came across a few of these in a local auction and snapped them up because they will work as GREAT brake bleeders / oil extractors, etc. IMHO, better than most of the (much more expensive) automotive units.
