In good shape overall. Has some Surface rust here and there but could be cleaned up easily. See pics for condition. I believe the lathe this came off is an ammco 4000. The tool post scre hole is a little broke out but very minor. Tool post screw will still go in as there are a lot of threads down in there. So I don’t see this being a problem with performance.
