Piston ring filer. Hand cranked. Made in the USA. On the box label, it says Speed-Pro by Sealed Power, and also TRW. The model number is MT-135. On the grinder itself, it is also marked Made in USA, and says K-D No. 870. Kind of confusing, but I think all these companies were owned by TRW. At least it says Made In USA! I'm not sure, but I think the ones you buy today are made in China. Will ship Priority Mail free. Thanks for looking....
